About Us

As a Men's Club, our primary focus is to support our golf course, benefit our members, and further the enjoyment of the game of golf.  We offer club events and tournaments at least once a month from  February through October each year.  The pro shop also holds friendly competitions almost every weekend, year-round.  Our monthly meetings are now held on the second Tuesday of every month (unless a notice of change is posted in advance).

Lucas Balala

Lucas was born and raised in the Tacoma area and attended Curtis Senior High School.  While at Curtis, he qualified for the state championship three times.  Post high school, Lucas attended Linfield College in Oregon where he played all four years, earning first team all-conference honors his senior year.  Lucas began his career in the golf industry at his college home course Michelbook Country Club under PGA Professional Bob Marshall before eventually moving back to the Tacoma area.  He has been at Allenmore since the summer of 2020 and was named Head Golf Professional in October, 2021.
